400-Client HCM Migration

Designed and led the simultaneous migration of 400+ PEO and service bureau clients to UKG Ready across all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Built the full program, managed all workstreams, coordinated cross-functional teams, and drove go-live execution across the entire portfolio. One of the largest deployments of its kind.

Payroll Tax Department Rescue & Rebuild

Took over as Director of Payroll Tax of a department with no documentation, no defined processes, and minimal budget. Rebuilt the function from the ground up: a top-to-bottom optimization of MasterTax operations and the UKG Ready integration, plus the compliance reviews, multi-state filing procedures, and operational workflows that turned a failing department into a scalable operation.

Zero-Budget Operational Platform

Replaced company-wide reliance on email distribution lists for all interdepartmental task management by designing a complete operational workflow platform in Smartsheet at zero additional cost. Every department moved off email entirely. Also identified and deployed Clustdoc as a client onboarding portal, evaluated and implemented without external support or budget.

Salesforce Enterprise Rollout & UKG Marketplace Strategy

Designed and led full Salesforce implementation across all departments including sales, implementation, support, HR, benefits, payroll, and tax. Built interdepartmental case flows, metrics dashboards, and at-risk client reporting that gave leadership enterprise-wide visibility for the first time. Also developed UKG Marketplace vendor strategy that created new client retention and revenue share opportunities.

Complex Systems Integration & Rescue

Served as primary technical bridge during high-stakes integrations of proprietary hardware and custom software where internal teams had reached the limits of their capability. Engineered solutions for zero-latency real-time data processing, executed rigorous pre-deployment test plans, and resolved the hardware and software friction points that stopped everyone else.

Global Technical Standardization & Training

Conducted advanced train-the-trainer workshops across global sites, establishing the organizational gold standard for system standardization. Built training pipelines from the ground up, ensuring all personnel had current operational procedures and measurable performance benchmarks. Achieved elite compliance ratings during rigorous federal standardization inspections.

Requirements & Systems Architecture Leadership

Owned the requirements baseline and Model-Based Systems Engineering source of truth across multi-program embedded hardware and software systems. Architected the digital thread that kept stakeholder needs traceable from first capture through delivery. Translated operational language into testable, verifiable system requirements and maintained the system documentation engineering teams used as their daily map for development. Authored a global Training Standard Operating Procedure governing technical content development and standardization metrics across the organization.

Aviation Standardization & Federal Compliance Leadership

Served as Standardization Lead and Squad Leader in the U.S. Army National Guard, leading an 11-person aviation team. Held Army Basic Instructor Course and Instructor Operator certifications. Conducted standardized performance evaluations and progressive technical training, designed cross-state training initiatives that reduced enterprise costs while accelerating operational readiness, and directed unit-wide compliance initiatives that achieved a 95% overall rating during rigorous federal standardization inspections.
